Thank you for shopping with Poster UK! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us with a photo of the issue.

Custom or Personalised Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom or personalised items unless they are damaged or faulty.
